Meal prep kit is a healthy meal for the week, deliver to your door twice a week
You can choose between 1 up to 7 meals per week
We will shopping & cooking at the same day it will be deliver to your home
All you have to do is heat & eat your meal

Delivery is at Tuesday and Friday between 4-6 pm

To make an order please fill out the Meal prep request, choose number of meals per week and your delivery days.

After submit your request you can choose your kit!

Each kit Is a whole meal and designated/created(?) in a way that will support your daily body needs with all the essential food groups

You get to choose your desirable:

  1. Main dish– there are the protein (there are also a vegetarian and vegan options!)
  2. Side dish– will provide carbohydrates, minerals & vitamins to your body
  3. Salad– which are great source for fibre, vitamins & minerals

Each kit good to keep in fridge for 3 days

And in the freezer up tp 6 month.

We highly recommend to heat and eat within 3 days from the delivery day

Each kit will carry a heating instruction

You can heat you meal by oven/ stove/ microwave/ air fryer
